Our happy home

There are pigeons, I believe, nesting on top of one of the carport pillars as you can see to the right. You can't really get a good look at the bird, which is a shame, because she's pretty. Her mate is never far from "home". As I was pulling out of the driveway this morning, I saw him resting in the neighbor's driveway with one eye fixed on the pillar and the other on me - birds can do that, you know.

Last year I had robins above my back porch light. This year pigeons roost. What's coming next year?
